Eskom Distribution Division is looking for Position Service Agent Contact Centre X6 Position/Task Grade: T10 To provide professional customer service using available processes. Department: Customer Services Business Unit: Central East Cluster Location: Westville

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound interactions
  • Handle back-office activities
  • Handle multi-media and outbound activities
  • Provide and improve general customer services
  • Support marketing, sales and customer service processes
  • Perform vending, prepaid and easy pay activities

Qualifications

  • National Diploma/National N Diploma in Business in Finance/ Marketing
  • Commerce/Social Sciences/Business Management at NQF6 with 240 credits
